Thank you for requesting your individual visit with the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (CPHS)! All visits include a meeting with a CPHS representative to discuss your program of interest. In-person visits also include a tour of our program's learning facilities.

Please list 2-3 dates that would work in your schedule. We offer visits Monday - Friday beginning at 9:00 AM. Visits usually last about an hour and the last visit of the day begins at 3:00 PM.

Time Preferences:
