    Future Bulldogs and families:
    We have enjoyed working with you and your family throughout your college search process and are writing to share an update regarding how Drake is responding to the novel coronavirus COVID-19. We care deeply about our students, faculty and staff and see you as an extension of our Bulldog family; keeping you and your well-being at the heart of our decisions is important to us.

    Recognizing the global impact of COVID-19, Drake University is taking precautionary actions to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our campus and the extended community, including prospective families like yours. These decisions have been made in close consultation with public health officials and reflect our commitment to helping combat this health concern. Drake has moved all classes on-line through April 6, 2020. The Office of Admission also is taking precautions during this period, which include cancelling the Last Peek at Drake Saturday and  Admitted Student Days.

    Don’t let the spring pass by without being on Drake's campus. We get it: your life is busy. Take a "Last Peek" at Drake! This Saturday visit program is designed specifically for admitted students who are trying to make their final decision and are unable to visit campus during a Friday Admitted Student Day or individual visit during a week day.

    Although classes aren’t in session and the campus may be quieter, there is a lot to learn about the Drake experience: ask a panel of students about Bulldog life, attend a group academic meeting, find out more about Drake programs and services, eat lunch on campus, and tour the campus.

    Your Saturday visit program will begin at 10 AM; however come as early as 9:15 AM to check-in and enjoy chatting with Drake students at Starbucks in Olmsted Center, prior to the Welcome Session!
