Project Teach:  Visit and View Teacher Ed@Drake on January 19, 2017.

This full-day special visit program is designed for students interested in being a teacher to experience the opportunities that exist in Drake's School of Education.  Through interacting with education faculty and current students in two education classes, meeting with the Associate Dean and Dean of the School of Education, attending an Admission session about "next steps" and having lunch on campus, students will experience first-hand benefits of an education degree at Drake.  In addition, an optional campus tour with a current student will be available at the end of the day.  Parents are welcome to attend.

The program will begin at 8:30am and conclude at 3pm.  Visitors will check in at 8:15am in the School of Education located at 3206 University Avenue.  We will receive a final agenda prior to your visit.  To plan your visit to Des Moines and find accommodations, we recommend you visit CatchDesMoines.
